Lots of plants. It's in Amsterdam Noord, very close to 3 different parks, close to Waterland for beautiful cycling and behind the dijk which is very picturesque. Very tranquil neighborhood. Lots of nice cafés and places in the area, 5m from the metro that takes you to the centre in 3 minutes, 8 minutes to the ferry.No parties, no smoking, no extra guests. €1750 excl, gas and light are around €125pm depending on how much you use.
